weather
please do not move display for any reason. we will contact you if any impending storms are expected to cause issues
lawn care
please touch base with your lawn service or prepare to cut the lawn before your delivery - if lawn service is done while the yard card is in place, you will be charged an additional $50 fee.
Please do not move or remove the sign as damage may occur. If you would like the sign removed, please call Storks & Co. at 845-558-5920.
No refund will be given for early removal.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Renter and/or homeowner agrees to the following:
1. Any damage due to lawn care / lawn service, moving the stork or display, or affixing anything (including but not limited to balloons to the display) will be the full responsibility of the customer. A $50 fee will be charged to the customer for lawn service performed while display / signs are on the property.
2. Please do not make any alterations to the display including, but not limited to: nails, putty, bows, balloons, streamers, etc.
3. The storks are designed to last during all weather conditions. The storks are strong but are not designed for climbing or leaning on. Storks & Co. is not responsible for any and all injuries involving signs, stakes, etc. while on the renter's property. The homeowner of the property the sign is installed on accepts full responsibility of the display and signs.
